Śrāddha-Kalpa: Pitṛ-Pūjā and Tithi-Phala (श्राद्धकल्पः पितृपूजा च तिथिफलम्)

अग्नीषोमात्मकमिदं सुवर्ण विद्धि निश्चये

agnīṣomātmakam idaṃ suvarṇa viddhi niścaye

Bhishma dit : «Sache avec certitude que cet or est, par sa nature même, Agni et Soma.» Dans cet enseignement, l’or n’est pas présenté comme un simple métal, mais comme une substance symboliquement enracinée dans des principes cosmiques sacrés, invitant l’auditeur à le considérer avec révérence et discernement plutôt qu’avec une simple avidité.
