अग्निमध्ये गवां मध्ये ब्राह्मणानां च संसदि | विद्यावेदव्रतस्नाता ब्राह्मुणा: पुण्यकर्मिण:
vyāsa uvāca | agnimadhye gavāṁ madhye brāhmaṇānāṁ ca saṁsadi | vidyāvedavratasnātā brāhmaṇāḥ puṇyakarmiṇaḥ |
Au milieu des feux sacrés, parmi les vaches et dans l’assemblée des brahmanes, les brahmanes purifiés par le savoir, l’étude védique et la discipline des vœux—hommes aux actes méritoires—doivent transmettre l’enseignement sacré.
