Gavāṃ Māhātmya — Go-dāna, Yajña-ādhāra, and Goloka
Brahmā–Indra–Surabhi Itihāsa
तं॑ चारुवेषा: सुश्रोण्य:ः सहस्न॑ सुरयोषित: । रमयन्ति नरश्रेष्ठ गोप्रदानरतं नरम्,उस गोदानपरायण श्रेष्ठ मनुष्यको मनोहर वेष और सुन्दर नितम्बवाली सहस्ोरों देवांगनाएँ (अपनी सेवासे) रमण कराती हैं
taṁ cāruveṣāḥ suśroṇyaḥ sahasraśo surayoṣitaḥ | ramayanti naraśreṣṭha gopradānarataṁ naram ||
Vasiṣṭha dit : Ô le meilleur des hommes, des milliers de jeunes femmes célestes, parées de beaux atours et aux hanches gracieuses, réjouissent et servent l’homme voué au don des vaches.
