वैराटपृष्ठमुक्षाणं सर्वरत्नैरलंकृतम् । प्रददन्मरुतां लोकान् स राजन् प्रतिपद्यते,राजन! जो विशालपृष्ठभागवाले बैलको सब प्रकारके रत्नोंसे अलंकृत करके उसका दान करता है, वह मरुद्गणोंके लोकोंमें जाता है
vairāṭa-pṛṣṭham ukṣāṇaṃ sarva-ratnair alaṅkṛtam | pradadan marutāṃ lokān sa rājan pratipadyate ||
Vasiṣṭha dit : Ô Roi, celui qui donne en aumône un taureau au dos large et élevé, paré de toutes sortes de joyaux, atteint les mondes des Maruts.
