कान्तारे ब्राह्मणान् गाश्न यः परित्राति कौशिक । क्षणेन विप्रमुच्येत तस्य पुण्यफलं शृणु
Translation
Bhīṣma dit : «Ô Kauśika (Indra) ! Celui qui délivre des brāhmaṇas et des vaches pris au piège dans une forêt âpre et difficile, en un instant se trouve affranchi de tous ses péchés. Écoute aussi le fruit de mérite qu’il obtient.»
