पूर्वाभाद्रपदायोगे राजमाषान्‌ प्रदाय तु । सर्वभक्षफलोपेत: स वै प्रेत्य सुखी भवेत्‌

Pūrvābhādrapadā-yoge rāja-māṣān pradāya tu | sarva-bhakṣa-phala-upetaḥ sa vai pretya sukhī bhavet ||

Nārada dit : «Lorsque la demeure lunaire Pūrvābhādrapadā se trouve en conjonction propice (yoga), si l’on fait don en aumône de rāja-māṣa (une variété supérieure de la légumineuse māṣa), alors, après la mort, on atteint un état heureux, pourvu de toutes sortes de nourritures et de fruits.»
