अध्याय ५६ — च्यवन–कुशिकसंवादः
Cyavana–Kuśika Dialogue on Lineage, Conflict, and Transmission
इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत अनुशासनपववके अन्तर्गत दानधर्मपर्वमें च्यवन और कुशिकका संवादविषयक बावनवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
snigdha-gambhīrayā vācā bhārgavaḥ suprasannayā | dadāni vāṃ varaśreṣṭhaṃ taṃ brūtām iti bhārata ||
Alors Bhārgava Cyavana, d’une voix profonde, adoucie par l’affection et éclairée par la satisfaction, dit : « Ô Bhārata ! Je veux vous accorder à tous deux le plus excellent des bienfaits. Dites-moi : que dois-je vous donner ? »
