अध्याय ५६ — च्यवन–कुशिकसंवादः
Cyavana–Kuśika Dialogue on Lineage, Conflict, and Transmission
एवमुक्तस्तु भगवान् प्रत्युवाचाथ तं॑ नृपम् इत:ः प्रभूति यातव्यं पदक पदक शनै:
evam uktas tu bhagavān pratyuvācātha taṁ nṛpam | itaḥ prabhṛti yātavyaṁ padaṁ padaṁ śanaiḥ |
Bhishma dit : Quand le roi eut parlé ainsi, le vénérable sage lui répondit : « À partir d’ici, vous devrez avancer très lentement, pas à pas. Veillez à ce que je ne souffre d’aucun inconfort. Vous deux devrez vous mouvoir selon mon désir, conduisant le char de telle sorte que j’y sois au plus grand aise, et que tous puissent en être témoins. »
