त्रैलोक्यविख्यातगुएणं त्वं विप्रं जनयिष्यसि । साच क्षत्रं विशिष्ट वै तत एतत् कृतं मया
Translation
Bhīṣma dit : « Je pensais que tu enfanterais un brahmane dont les qualités seraient célèbres dans les trois mondes, et que ta mère serait la mère d’un kṣatriya d’exception. C’est pourquoi j’avais préparé deux sortes de caru. »
