ब्राह्मणपूजा-राजधर्मः | Royal Duty of Honoring Learned Brahmins
विहव्यस्य तु पुत्रस्तु वितत्यस्तस्य चात्मज: । वितत्यस्य सुतः सत्य: संतः सत्यस्य चात्मज:,विहव्यके पुत्रका नाम वितत्य था। वितत्यके पुत्र सत्य और सत्यके पुत्र सन्त हुए
vihavyasya tu putras tu vitatyas tasya cātmajaḥ | vitatyasya sutaḥ satyaḥ santaḥ satyasya cātmajaḥ |
Bhīṣma dit : « Vihavya eut un fils nommé Vitatya ; Vitatya eut un fils nommé Satya ; et Satya eut un fils nommé Santa. Ainsi la lignée est-elle rapportée dans l’ordre, afin de garder la mémoire d’une succession conforme au dharma et de la continuité des ancêtres. »
