रुद्र-स्तवराजः (Rudra-Stavarāja) — Exempla of Śiva’s Boons and the Hymn’s Phalaśruti
तस्यैव च प्रसादेन भक्तिरुत्पद्यते नृणाम् | येन यान्ति परां सिद्धि तद्भागवतचेतस:
tasyaiva ca prasādena bhaktir utpadyate nṛṇām | yena yānti parāṃ siddhiṃ tad-bhāgavata-cetasaḥ ||
C’est par sa grâce même que la dévotion naît chez les hommes. Par cette dévotion, l’esprit devenu tout entier bhāgavata—absorbé dans le Seigneur—ils atteignent la perfection suprême.
वायुदेव उवाच
The verse teaches that true devotion is not merely self-produced; it arises through divine grace, and such grace-born, single-minded devotion leads to the highest spiritual perfection.
Vāyudeva is explaining a spiritual principle: the deity’s favor awakens unwavering devotion in people, and those whose minds become wholly oriented toward the Lord attain the supreme goal.
