Transliteration

Yudhiṣṭhira uvāca:

Nābhāgadheyaḥ prāpnoti dhanaṃ subalavān api |

Bhāgadheyānvitastv arthān kṛśo bālaś ca vindati ||

Translation

Yudhiṣṭhira dit : Même un homme d’une grande force n’obtient pas la richesse s’il est privé de la part que lui assigne le destin. Mais celui que soutient la bonne fortune atteint la prospérité, fût-il frêle et encore enfant.
