अथागम्य महाराज नमस्कृत्य च कश्यपम् | पृथिवी काश्यपी जज्ञे सुता तस्य महात्मन:
athāgamya mahārāja namaskṛtya ca kaśyapam | pṛthivī kāśyapī jajñe sutā tasya mahātmanaḥ ||
Ô grand roi ! Ensuite, la Terre revint du monde de Brahmā et, après s’être inclinée avec respect devant Kaśyapa, naquit comme la fille de ce grand être. Dès lors, on l’appela Kāśyapī.
