Adhyāya 152 — Bhīṣma’s Authorization for Yudhiṣṭhira’s Return to the Capital (नगरप्रवेशानुज्ञा)
त्वया हुक्तो विशेषेण गुणवान् स भविष्यति । लोके चैव त्वया देवि प्रमाणत्वमुपैष्यति,अतः देवि! तुम्हारे द्वारा कहा गया स्त्रीधर्म विशेष गुणवान् होगा और लोकमें प्रमाणभूत माना जायगा
tvayā ukto viśeṣeṇa guṇavān sa bhaviṣyati | loke caiva tvayā devi pramāṇatvam upaiṣyati |
Śrī Maheshvara dit : « Parce que tu l’as énoncé avec une clarté particulière, cet enseignement sera richement doté de mérite ; et, ô Déesse, dans le monde il acquerra le statut d’une norme faisant autorité. Ainsi, le dharma des femmes que tu as formulé sera tenu pour règle directrice de conduite. »
