न तेषां क्षीरपा: केचिज्जायन्ते कुलवर्धना: । प्रजाक्षयेण युज्यन्ते कुलवंशक्षयेण च
na teṣāṃ kṣīrapāḥ kecij jāyante kulavardhanāḥ | prajā-kṣayeṇa yujyante kula-vaṃśa-kṣayeṇa ca ||
Śakra dit : «Ceux qui boivent le lait en le tirant de vaches qui ont encore de jeunes veaux n’engendrent aucun enfant qui soit “buveur de lait” au sens juste—une descendance saine qui soutienne et accroisse la lignée. Ils sont frappés par la perte de progéniture, et leur clan comme leur lignée s’éteignent.»
