मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
प्राजापत्ये वसेत् पद्म वर्षाणामग्निसंनिभे | वह मनुष्य तपाये हुए सुवर्णके समान कान्तिमान् विमान पाता है और अग्नितुल्य तेजस्वी प्रजापतिलोकमें नृत्य तथा गीतोंसे गूँजते हुए देवांगनाओंके महलमें एक पद्म वर्षोतक निवास करता है
Bhīṣma uvāca: prājāpatye vaset padma-varṣāṇām agni-sannibhe | tatra kalpa-sahasraṁ sa kanyābhiḥ saha modate ||
Bhishma dit : «Il demeure dans le monde de Prajapati pendant toute la durée d’années appelée “padma”, resplendissant comme le feu. Là, au sein de la splendeur céleste, il se réjouit durant mille kalpas en compagnie de jeunes filles.»
