मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
वसेद् युगसहस्नं च खड्गकुञ्जरवाहन: । मणि, मोती और मूँगोंसे विभूषित वह दिव्य विमान विद्युत्की-सी प्रभासे प्रकाशित तथा दिव्य गुणोंसे सम्पन्न होता है। वह व्रतधारी पुरुष उसी विमानपर आरूढ़ होता है। उसमें गेंडे और हाथी जुते होते हैं तथा वहाँ एक सहस्र युगोंतक वह निवास करता है ।।
vased yuga-sahasraṁ ca khaḍga-kuñjara-vāhanaḥ |
Bhīṣma dit : L’homme fidèle à ses vœux vient demeurer mille yugas, monté sur un char aérien divin—paré de gemmes, de perles et de corail—rayonnant comme l’éclair et riche de qualités célestes. Ce char est attelé de rhinocéros et d’éléphants.
