मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
वर्षासु वर्षतस्तावन्निवसत्यमरप्रभ: । वर्षा-ऋतुमें आकाशसे धरतीपर जितनी बूँदें गिरती हैं, उतने वर्षोतक वह देवोपम तेजस्वी पुरुष ब्रह्मलोकमें निवास करता है
varṣāsu varṣatastāvan nivasaty amaraprabhaḥ |
Bhishma dit : Tant que la pluie ne cesse de tomber durant la saison des pluies, pour cette même durée—comptée en années égales au nombre de gouttes qui tombent du ciel sur la terre au temps de la mousson—cet homme éclatant, semblable à un dieu, demeure dans le monde de Brahmā (Brahmaloka).
