उपवासफलात्मकविधिः — Upavāsa as Yajña-Equivalent Merit

इदमज्ञिरसा पूर्व महर्षि भ्य: प्रदर्शितम् । यः प्रदर्शयते नित्यं न स दुःखमवाप्लुते
idam aṅgirasā pūrvaṁ maharṣibhyaḥ pradarśitam | yaḥ pradarśayate nityaṁ na sa duḥkham avāpnute ||
Aṅgiras dit : «Cet enseignement fut jadis exposé par Aṅgiras aux grands ṛṣi. Celui qui le fait connaître sans cesse et l’indique aux autres ne tombe pas dans la souffrance.»
