उपदेशदोषप्रसङ्गः (Upadeśa-doṣa-prasaṅgaḥ) — The Risk of Misapplied Counsel
सांख्ये चैव परा प्रीतिस्तस्य चैवं व्यवर्धत । वे ऋषि वेद और अथर्ववेदके परिनिष्छित विद्वान् हो गये। कल्पप्रयोग और ज्योतिषयमें भी पारंगत हुए। सांख्यमें भी उनका परम अनुराग बढ़ने लगा
sāṅkhye caiva parā prītis tasya caivaṃ vyavardhata |
Bhishma dit : «Dans le Sāṅkhya aussi, sa joie suprême s’éveilla, et ainsi elle ne cessa de croître.» Il devint un sage pleinement établi dans la connaissance décisive du Veda et de l’Atharvaveda ; il excella encore dans le Kalpa (science des rites) et dans le Jyotiṣa (science des astres). Dès lors, son attachement au Sāṅkhya s’accrut toujours davantage.
