नदीमाश्रमसम्बद्धां दृष्टवा55श्रमपदं तथा । चकाराभिप्रवेशाय मतिं स नृपतिस्तदा,उस मनोहर आश्रम और आश्रमसे सटी हुई नदीको देखकर राजाने उस समय उसमें प्रवेश करनेका विचार किया

Transliteration

nadīm āśrama-sambaddhāṃ dṛṣṭvā āśrama-padaṃ tathā | cakārābhipraveśāya matiṃ sa nṛpatis tadā ||

Translation

Vaiśaṃpāyana dit : Voyant le site charmant de l’ermitage et le fleuve attenant à l’āśrama, le roi prit alors la résolution d’y entrer — mû par la révérence due au lieu sacré et par le désir de s’en approcher comme il convient.
