Duḥṣanta–Śakuntalā: Gandharva Marriage and Succession Condition
सर्वलक्षणसम्पूर्णा वैदूर्यमणिसंनिभा । पज्चानां पुरुषेन्द्राणां चित्तप्रमथनी रह:,वह समस्त शुभ लक्षणोंसे सम्पन्न तथा वैदूर्य मणिके समान कान्तिमती थी। एकान्तमें रहकर वह पाँचों पुरुषप्रवर पाण्डवोंके मनको मुग्ध किये रहती थी
sarvalakṣaṇasampūrṇā vaidūryamaṇisaṃnibhā | pañcānāṃ puruṣendrāṇāṃ cittapramathanī rahaḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : Elle possédait tous les signes de bon augure et rayonnait comme la gemme œil-de-chat (vaidūrya). Dans le retrait, elle ne cessait de captiver et de troubler le cœur des cinq plus illustres des hommes : les princes Pāṇḍava.
