सर्व एव हि नस्तावद् बुद्धिमन्तो विचक्षणा: । अपि मन्त्रयमाणा हि हेतुं पश्याम मोक्षणे
sarva eva hi nas tāvad buddhimanto vicakṣaṇāḥ | api mantrayamāṇā hi hetuṁ paśyāma mokṣaṇe ||
«Nous sommes tous, pour notre part, intelligents et clairvoyants. Pourtant, même après avoir délibéré ensemble, nous ne voyons aucun moyen sûr d’obtenir la délivrance.»
