तदिदं सफल कर्म त्वयैव प्रतिगृह्ताम्‌ । तथा चैवं विधत्स्वात्र यथा श्रेयोडनुपश्यसि,वालखिल्योंने कहा--प्रजापते! हम सब लोगोंका यह अनुष्ठान इन्द्रके लिये हुआ था और आपका यह यज्ञसमारोह संतानके लिये अभीष्ट था। अत: इस फलसहित कर्मको आप ही स्वीकार करें और जिसमें सबकी भलाई दिखायी दे, वैसा ही करें

Transliteration

tad idaṃ saphalaṃ karma tvayaiva pratigṛhyatām | tathā caivaṃ vidhatsvātra yathā śreyo 'nupaśyasi ||

Translation

Ainsi, que ce rite—désormais porteur de son fruit—soit reçu par toi seul. Et ici, ordonne les choses de telle sorte que tu discernes clairement ce qui mène au bien le plus élevé pour tous.
