Garuḍa–Śakra Saṃvāda and the Retrieval of Amṛta (गरुड–शक्र संवादः अमृत-अपहरण-प्रसङ्गः)
तच्छुत्वा विबुधा वाक््यं विस्मिता यत्नमास्थिता: । परिवार्यामृतं तस्थुर्वज्नी चेन्द्र: प्रतापवान्,इन्द्रकी यह बात सुनकर देवता बड़े आश्वर्यमें पड़ गये और यत्नपूर्वक अमृतको चारों ओरसे घेरकर खड़े हो गये। प्रतापी इन्द्र भी हाथमें वज् लेकर वहाँ डट गये
tac chrutvā vibudhā vākyam vismitā yatnam āsthitāḥ | parivāryāmṛtaṃ tasthur vajrī cendraḥ pratāpavān ||
À ces mots, les dieux furent saisis d’étonnement. Avec une vigilance appliquée, ils se tinrent debout, encerclant le nectar de toutes parts ; et Indra le vaillant, porteur du foudre, prit lui aussi position, prêt à le défendre.
