Garuḍa–Śakra Saṃvāda and the Retrieval of Amṛta (गरुड–शक्र संवादः अमृत-अपहरण-प्रसङ्गः)
तां भड़्क््त्वा स महाशाखां स्मयमानो विलोकयन् । अथात्र लम्बतो5पश्यद् वालखिल्यानधोमुखान्,उस महाशाखाको तोड़कर गरुड मुसकराते हुए उसकी ओर देखने लगे। इतनेहीमें उनकी दृष्टि वालखिल्य नामवाले महर्षियोंपर पड़ी, जो नीचे मुँह किये उसी शाखामें लटक रहे थे
tāṁ bhaṅktvā sa mahāśākhāṁ smayamāno vilokayan | athātra lambato 'paśyad vālakhilyān adhomukhān ||
Après avoir rompu cette grande branche, Garuḍa, souriant tout en regardant autour de lui, aperçut alors les sages Vālakhilya, suspendus la tête en bas à cette même branche.
