त्वामष्टधा कल्पयित्वा यज्ञवाहमकल्पयन् । त्वया विश्वमिदं सृष्टं वदन्ति परमर्षय:
tvām aṣṭadhā kalpayitvā yajñavāham akalpayan | tvayā viśvam idaṁ sṛṣṭaṁ vadanti paramarṣayaḥ ||
T’ayant conçu en huit formes, les sages t’ont établi comme le porteur et le véhicule du sacrifice. Les plus hauts voyants déclarent que c’est par toi que cet univers tout entier a été engendré.
