भ्रातृभि: सहितो राजा चतुर्भिरधिकं बभौ । प्रयुज्यमानैर्विततो वेदैरिव महाध्वर:,जैसे यथावसर उपयोगमें लाये जानेवाले चारों वेदोंके द्वारा विस्तारपूर्वक आरम्भ किया हुआ महायज्ञ शोभा पाता है, उसी प्रकार अपनी आज्ञाके अधीन रहनेवाले चारों भाइयोंके साथ राजा युधिष्ठिर अत्यन्त सुशोभित होते थे

Transliteration

bhrātṛbhiḥ sahito rājā caturbhir adhikaṃ babhau | prayujyamānair vitato vedair iva mahādhvaraḥ ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana dit : Entouré de ses frères, le roi brillait davantage—tel un grand sacrifice qui paraît splendide lorsque les quatre Veda, employés aux moments requis, sont déployés en entier et mis en œuvre selon le rite.
