नदीतीरेषु जातान् सा कर्णिकारान् प्रचिन्वती । शनैर्जगाम तं॑ देशं यत्रास्तां तौ महासुरौ,नदीके किनारे उगे हुए कनेरके फूलोंका संग्रह करती हुई वह धीरे-धीरे उसी स्थानकी ओर गयी, जहाँ वे दोनों महादैत्य बैठे थे
nadītīreṣu jātān sā karṇikārān pracinvatī | śanair jagāma taṃ deśaṃ yatrāstāṃ tau mahāsurau ||
Cueillant les fleurs de karṇikāra nées sur la rive du fleuve, elle s’avança lentement vers le lieu même où siégeaient ces deux puissants asuras.
