Educational Q&A

The verse signals that the text teaches dharma through remembered exemplars: the ideal of pativratā (steadfast marital devotion) and instructive dialogues (like Draupadī–Satyabhāmā), presenting ethical conduct in household life as a serious spiritual discipline.

The speaker indicates what material is included in this section: an episode about a devoted wife, a remembered account connected with Aṅgiras, and the celebrated dialogue between Draupadī and Satyabhāmā—serving as a thematic catalogue of the teachings narrated here.
