एवं ब्रुवत्येव युधिष्ठिरे तु पाञज्चालराजस्य समीपतोडन्य: । तत्राजगामाशु नरो द्वितीयो निवेदयिष्यन्निह सिद्धमन्नम्‌,राजा युधिष्ठिर यों कह ही रहे थे कि पांचालराज ट्रपदके पाससे एक दूसरा मनुष्य यह समाचार देनेके लिये शीघ्रतापूर्वक आया कि “राजभवनमें आपलोगोंके लिये भोजन तैयार है!

Transliteration

evaṁ bruvaty eva yudhiṣṭhire tu pāñcālarājasya samīpato 'nyaḥ | tatrājagāmāśu naro dvitīyo nivedayiṣyann iha siddham annam ||

Translation

Alors même que Yudhiṣṭhira parlait, un autre homme accourut des abords du roi des Pāñcālas. Il vint annoncer que «le repas était prêt», signe que le palais se tenait prêt à offrir l’hospitalité et l’accueil dû aux hôtes.
