मन्दर-समुद्रमन्थन-वर्णनम् / Description of the Churning of the Ocean with Mount Mandara
तस्यै भर्ता वरं प्रादादत्यर्थ पुत्रमीप्सितम् । एवमस्त्विति त॑ं चाह कश्यपं विनता तदा,विनताको पतिदेवने, अत्यन्त अभीष्ट दो पुत्रोंके होनेका वरदान दे दिया। उस समय विनताने कश्यपजीसे 'एवमस्तु “कहकर उनके दिये हुए वरको शिरोधार्य किया
tasyai bhartā varaṁ prādād atyarthaṁ putram īpsitam | evam astv iti taṁ cāha kaśyapaṁ vinatā tadā ||
Son époux lui accorda une grâce—celle qu’elle désirait ardemment : le don d’avoir des fils. Alors Vinatā s’adressa à Kaśyapa en disant : « Qu’il en soit ainsi », et reçut sa bénédiction avec vénération.
