भत्रानिन महाभागे संयोजय सुतेन ह । तमुपादाय गच्छेयं यथेष्टं देवरूपिणम् | पुनश्चैवानयिष्यामि विस्रम्भं कुरु मे शुभे,“महाभागे! मुझे अपने इस पुत्रसे, जो मेरे मनोनीत पति हैं, मिलनेका अवसर दीजिये। मैं इन देवस्वरूप स्वामीको लेकर अपने अभीष्ट स्थानपर जाऊँगी और पुनः निश्चित समयपर इन्हें आपके समीप ले आऊँगी। शुभे! आप मेरा विश्वास कीजिये
bhrātṝṇi mahābhāge saṃyojaya sutena ha | tam upādāya gaccheyaṃ yatheṣṭaṃ devarūpiṇam | punaś caivānayiṣyāmi visrambhaṃ kuru me śubhe |
«Ô noble dame, unis tes frères à ton fils. Emmenant avec moi cet être semblable à un dieu, j’irai au lieu que je désire ; puis, au temps fixé, je le ramènerai à coup sûr. Ô bienheureuse, accorde-moi ta confiance.»
