Nirūpaṇa (Nāḍī–Svara-Nirūpaṇam): Breath Currents, Omens, and Action-Timing
Lord Vishnu (in instruction to Garuda/Vinata-putra)
Dosha: Pitta
Concept: When piṅgalā-prāṇa is active, choose śamana (pacifying) measures and avoid conflict; act only when conditions shift.
Vedantic Theme: Indriya-nigraha and kāla-viveka: right action depends on inner state and timing, not mere desire.
Application: De-escalate during heightened arousal; postpone travel/decisions until physiological/mental state stabilizes.
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhayanaka
Type: subtle-body (piṅgalā nāḍī)
Related Themes: Garuda Purana 1.67 (piṅgalā/iḍā based go/no-go rules; yātrā and saṅgrāma nimittas)
This verse treats Piṅgalā-dominant prāṇa as a sign to pacify agitation and avoid confrontations, using nāḍī-flow as a guide for timing and conduct.
Rather than describing the post-death journey, it explains how subtle-body indicators (nāḍī/prāṇa flow) guide right action in life—supporting dharmic choices that shape one’s future course.
If you feel heated, restless, or conflict-prone, postpone arguments and major outward moves; choose calming practices and wait for a steadier state before acting or traveling.
