Transliteration

arkārkicandrā daśame grahā ekādaśe khilāḥ / budho 'tha dvādaśe caiva bhārgavaḥ sukhado bhavet

Translation

Quand le Soleil, Saturne et la Lune se tiennent dans la dixième maison, et les autres planètes dans la onzième, alors—si Mercure est dans la douzième—Vénus devient véritablement dispensatrice de bonheur.
