स्वाद्वम्ललवणस्निग्धगुरुशीतातिभोजनात् / नवान्नपिच्छिलानूपमांसादेः सेवनादपि
svādvamlalavaṇasnigdhaguruśītātibhojanāt / navānnapicchilānūpamāṃsādeḥ sevanādapi
Kapha se corrompt par l’excès d’aliments doux, acides, salés, onctueux, lourds et froids; et aussi par la consommation de riz fraîchement cuit (grain nouveau), de mets visqueux, et de viandes provenant de marais ou de régions aquatiques, et autres semblables.

Application: Reduce heavy/cold/greasy foods; be cautious with very fresh new grain if it increases heaviness; limit slimy foods and heavy meats; favor warming spices and movement when kapha is high.
