नमो ब्रह्मण्यदेवाय रामायाकुण्ठमेधसे । उत्तमश्लोकधुर्याय न्यस्तदण्डार्पिताङ्‌घ्रये ॥ ७ ॥

Transliteration

namo brahmaṇya-devāya rāmāyākuṇṭha-medhase uttamaśloka-dhuryāya nyasta-daṇḍārpitāṅghraye

Translation

Hommage à Rāma, le Brahmaṇya-deva, dont l’intelligence n’est jamais troublée par l’inquiétude. Tu es le premier parmi ceux que célèbrent les hymnes sublimes; les sages, hors de la juridiction du châtiment, déposent leur bâton et vénèrent tes pieds de lotus. À toi nos prosternations.
