तस्मिन् प्रविष्टावुपलभ्य दैत्यराड् विश्वात्मदैवं सुतरां तथात्मन: । तद्दर्शनाह्लादपरिप्लुताशय: सद्य: समुत्थाय ननाम सान्वय: ॥ ३५ ॥
tasmin praviṣṭāv upalabhya daitya-rāḍ viśvātma-daivaṁ sutarāṁ tathātmanaḥ tad-darśanāhlāda-pariplutāśayaḥ sadyaḥ samutthāya nanāma sānvayaḥ
Lorsque Bali Mahārāja, roi des Daityas, remarqua l’arrivée des deux Seigneurs, son cœur déborda de joie, car il les reconnut comme l’Âme suprême et la Divinité digne d’adoration de l’univers entier, et tout particulièrement de lui-même. Il se leva aussitôt et se prosterna, avec toute sa suite, pour leur rendre hommage.
