तमाह भगवान्प्रेष्ठं भक्तमेकान्तिनं क्व‍‍चित् । गृहीत्वा पाणिना पाणिं प्रपन्नार्तिहरो हरि: ॥ २ ॥

Transliteration

tam āha bhagavān preṣṭhaṁ bhaktam ekāntinaṁ kvacit gṛhītvā pāṇinā pāṇiṁ prapannārti-haro hariḥ

Translation

Un jour, le Seigneur Hari, qui dissipe la détresse de ceux qui se réfugient en Lui, prit la main d’Uddhava, son dévot d’abandon exclusif et le plus cher, et lui parla ainsi.
