तद् बलाबलवद्युद्धं समेता: सर्वयोषित: । ऊचु: परस्परं राजन् सानुकम्पा वरूथश: ॥ ६ ॥

Transliteration

tad balābalavad yuddhaṁ sametāḥ sarva-yoṣitaḥ ūcuḥ parasparaṁ rājan sānukampā varūthaśaḥ

Translation

Ô Roi, toutes les femmes présentes, jugeant ce match une lutte injuste entre le fort et le faible, furent saisies d’une vive inquiétude par compassion ; rassemblées en groupes autour de l’arène, elles se dirent entre elles ceci.
