Akrūra’s Journey to Vraja and His Devotional Vision of Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma
किं चाग्रजो मावनतं यदूत्तम: स्मयन् परिष्वज्य गृहीतमञ्जलौ । गृहं प्रवेष्याप्तसमस्तसत्कृतं सम्प्रक्ष्यते कंसकृतं स्वबन्धुषु ॥ २३ ॥
kiṁ cāgrajo māvanataṁ yadūttamaḥ smayan pariṣvajya gṛhītam añjalau gṛhaṁ praveṣyāpta-samasta-satkṛtaṁ samprakṣyate kaṁsa-kṛtaṁ sva-bandhuṣu
Puis le frère aîné de Kṛṣṇa, Balarāma, le plus éminent des Yadus, saisira mes mains jointes alors même que je garderai la tête inclinée ; souriant, il m’étreindra. Ensuite il me conduira dans sa demeure, m’honorera par tous les rites d’accueil, et me demandera comment Kaṁsa traite les membres de sa famille.
