ततो नृपोन्मर्दनमज्जलेपना- लङ्काररक्षातिलकाशनादिभि: । संलालित: स्वाचरितै: प्रहर्षयन् सायं गतो यामयमेन माधव: ॥ २३ ॥

Transliteration

tato nṛponmardana-majja-lepanā- laṅkāra-rakṣā-tilakāśanādibhiḥ saṁlālitaḥ svācaritaiḥ praharṣayan sāyaṁ gato yāma-yamena mādhavaḥ

Translation

Ensuite, ô Mahārāja, selon le déroulement de Ses līlā, Mādhava revint au soir, entra dans la maison de chaque garçon et se comporta exactement comme auparavant, comblant les mères d’une joie transcendante. Elles les servirent par des massages à l’huile, le bain, l’onction de santal, les ornements, les mantras de protection, le tilaka et la nourriture ; ainsi, elles servirent personnellement Śrī Kṛṣṇa.
