Sukta 115
अहं प्रत्नेन मन्मना गिरः शुम्भामि कण्ववत्। येनेन्द्रः शुष्ममिद् दधे
aháṁ pratnéna mánmanā gíraḥ śumbhāmi kaṇvávat | yénéndraḥ śúṣmam íd dadhé
With ancient thought I deck and hallow sacred songs, as did the Kanvas—by which Indra hath assumed his very might.
Par une pensée antique, j’orne et je sanctifie les chants sacrés, comme le firent les Kanva ; par cela Indra a revêtu toute sa puissance.
Rishi: Kanva-associated voice/tradition (explicitly invoked by ‘kaṇvavat’)
Devata: Indra
Chandas: Likely Anuṣṭubh/Triṣṭubh mixture per RV source; requires metrical verification against RV original.
{"primary_rasa":"vira","secondary_rasa":"adbhuta","emotional_arc":"From deliberate preparation (ancient thought) to triumphant activation (Indra assumes might).","listener_experience":"Confidence, uplift, a sense of being backed by tradition and divine power.","intensity":7}
