Sukta 5
pṛthák sárve prājāpatyā́ḥ prāṇā́n ātmásu bibhrati | tā́n sárvān bráhma rakṣati brahmacāriṇyā́bhṛtam
Severally all the Prajāpatic powers bear the breaths within their several selves. All those doth Brahman guard—Brahman brought hither by the Brahmacārin.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (often assigned to Atharvan/Angiras line for brahmacarya hymns; exact r̥ṣi varies by anukramaṇī)
Devata: Brahman / Prajāpati / Prāṇas (complex devatā-field)
Chandas: Anuṣṭubh (predominant; mixed/irregular possible in AV style)
