वृथाटनं था दानं वृथा च पशुमारणम् न कर्त्तव्यं गृहस्थेन वृता दारपरिग्रहम्
vṛthāṭanaṃ thā dānaṃ vṛthā ca paśumāraṇam na karttavyaṃ gṛhasthena vṛtā dāraparigraham
El cabeza de familia no debe vagar sin propósito, ni dar limosna sin sentido, ni matar animales sin causa. Tampoco debe tomar esposa (entrar en la vida doméstica) de manera frívola o irreflexiva.
