Sita

भूदेवी ससागराम्भःसप्तद्वीपा वसुन्धरा भूरादिचतुर्दशभुवनानामाधाराधेया प्रणवात्मिका भवति॥१७॥

भू-देवी । स-सागर-अम्भः-सप्त-द्वीपा । वसुन्धरा । भूः-आदि-चतुर्दश-भुवनानाम् । आधार-आधेया । प्रणव-आत्मिका । भवति ॥१७॥

bhūdevī sasāgarāmbhaḥsaptadvīpā vasundharā bhūrādicaturdaśabhuvanānām ādhārādheyā praṇavātmikā bhavati ||17||

La Diosa Bhū—como la Tierra, que sostiene los siete continentes con las aguas de los océanos—es Vasundharā. Ella es el sostén y lo sostenido de los catorce mundos que comienzan con Bhū, y llega a ser de la naturaleza del Praṇava (Oṃ).

The Goddess Bhū—(as) the Earth, bearing the seven continents with the waters of the oceans—(is) Vasundharā; she is the support and the supported (i.e., the ground and what is grounded) of the fourteen worlds beginning with Bhū, and she becomes of the nature of Praṇava (Oṃ).
