अघोषमव्यञ्जनमस्वरं च अकण्ठताल्वोष्ठमनासिकं च । अरेफजातमुभयोष्मवर्जितं यदक्षरं न क्षरते कदाचित् ॥२५॥

IAST Transliteration

aghoṣam avyañjanam asvaraṃ ca akaṇṭhatālv-oṣṭham anāsikaṃ ca | arephajātaṃ ubhayoṣmavarjitaṃ yad akṣaraṃ na kṣarate kadācit ||25||

Translation

Insonoro, sin consonante y sin vocal; sin garganta, paladar ni labios, y sin articulación nasal; no nacido del «ra» (repha), desprovisto de ambos sibilantes/aspirados: esa sílaba que jamás perece.

Academic Translation

Soundless, without consonant, and without vowel; without throat, palate, or lips, and without nasal (articulation); not produced with ‘ra’ (repha), devoid of both sibilants/aspirates— that syllable which never perishes.
