Transliteration

hāṭakeśvarajaṃ kṣetraṃ yattadvyāptaṃ samaṃtataḥ | raudrairāśīviṣaiḥ krūraiḥ śeṣasyādeśamāśriteḥ

Translation

Aquel recinto sagrado de Hāṭakeśvara se extendía por todas partes, cubierto en derredor por terribles y crueles serpientes venenosas, que obraban bajo el mandato de Śeṣa.
