तत्रैव ब्राह्मणैः प्रीतैरित्युक्तोसौ कलानिधिः । सोमोस्माकं ब्राह्मणानां राजा त्रैलोक्यदक्षिणः
tatraiva brāhmaṇaiḥ prītairityuktosau kalānidhiḥ | somosmākaṃ brāhmaṇānāṃ rājā trailokyadakṣiṇaḥ
Allí, aquel tesoro de las fases lunares, Soma, fue alegremente interpelado por los brāhmaṇas complacidos: «Soma es el rey de nosotros, los brāhmaṇas; su dakṣiṇā equivale a los tres mundos».
