कर्ता हर्त्ता त्वं हि सर्वस्य शम्भो नानारूपेष्वेकरूपोऽप्यरूपः । यद्वत्प्रत्यग्धर्म एकोऽप्यनेकस्तस्मान्नान्यन्त्वां विनेशम्प्रपद्ये
kartā harttā tvaṃ hi sarvasya śambho nānārūpeṣvekarūpo'pyarūpaḥ | yadvatpratyagdharma eko'pyanekastasmānnānyantvāṃ vineśamprapadye
Oh Śambhu, Tú solo eres el creador y el que retira todo cuanto existe. Aunque apareces en innumerables formas, en verdad eres Uno y, aun así, más allá de toda forma. Así como el único principio interior (el Sí mismo) es llamado múltiple por sus funciones, así también Tú eres uno en esencia. Por ello, fuera de Ti, oh Señor, no busco otro refugio.
